Britten-Norman, a British aircraft manufacturer, is offering full lifecycle fleet support as part of its new aircraft brokerage and trade-in service.

The program, the company says, enables operators to transition their existing aircraft fleet to new Britten-Norman Islander aircraft. Through the program, Britten-Norman facilitates the sale, trade-in or refurbishment of aircraft to ensure uninterrupted operations.

“Operators want a straightforward way to refresh their fleets with minimal disruption,” says Charlotte Britton, head of sales for Britten-Norman. “Our brokerage and trade-in service ensures customers can advance to the next generation of Islanders while keeping existing aircraft in service until the new ones are ready, making the process efficient and fully managed by Britten-Norman.”

According to the company, the program is in full-swing, offering two BN2A-21 Islander aircraft on behalf of CAE Aviation in Luxembourg.

The aircraft have been operated by CAE for over a decade and are currently configured for surveillance missions. Britten-Norman says the aircraft can be reconfigured to 10-seat commuter or cargo operations for potential buyers.

As the OEM for the Islander, Britten-Norman cites its technical expertise as an invaluable assurance of quality across remarketing, refurbishment and delivery of newly built aircraft. Additionally, the program’s sales team offers operator support through import and export processes globally.
