Andre Berard and Carlos E. Represas have been named to the board of directors of Montreal-based Bombardier Inc. Berard was chairman of the National Bank of Canada, while Represas is executive vice president-Americas of Nestle S.A. and chairman of Nestle Holdings Inc. USA.
