Boeing Unit To Cut Jobs

As part of a productivity shift to off-load work down the supply chain, the Fabrication Div. of Boeing Commer- cial Airplanes says it will shed 4,000 jobs over the next 21 months and "consolidate its footprint" in the Seattle area by disposing of more than 1 million sq. ft. of production facilities...
