Boeing completes acquisition of geospatial information company

Boeing Co. completed its acquisition of Autometric, Inc., a geospatial information company based in Springfield, Va. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. The 500-employee company, with 1999 revenues of about $80 million, becomes part of Boeing Space and Communications Group's Integrated Defense...
