Boeing will upgrade U.S. Army CH-47D Chinook helicopters under a $76 million contract. Contract is first part of multi-billion-dollar Improved Cargo Helicopter program, aimed at modernizing at least 300 heavy lift CH-47Ds to operate until 2020.
