The U.S. Army has confirmed the funding amount and status of the new Multi-Domain Sensing System (MDSS) program. A $52 million line item is budgeted for MDSS in fiscal 2021 to launch the acquisition process, said a spokesman for the Army’s Intelligence, Electronic Warfare and Sensors program executive office.
