George Industries of Endicott, New York, which designs and makes engineered aerospace, defense and industrial components, has taken over Numerical Precision, a specialist manufacturer of parts for satellites, aircraft and other aerospace and defense programs based in Wheeling, Illinois. Both companies are owned by private equity investors Orangewood Partners and QCC, respectively. Financial details were not provided.
