Kuwait Airways wants to add new service from Chicago to Kuwait via Geneva starting Nov. 1, trading in its authority to operate flights from Chicago to Kuwait via Athens. The airline never began the U.S.-Kuwait via Athens service but wants to use the two weekly roundtrip frequencies to fly via Geneva instead using Airbus A340 aircraft.
