Premium- and economy-passenger traffic worldwide picked up in October, rebounding modestly from September, as total traffic grew 3.6% year-over-year, according to the October Premium Traffic Monitor report released by the International Air Transport Association (IATA).  September’s total traffic growth was 2.3% year-over-year.
