Nathan Stower has been named chief executive of the London-based British Air Transport Association, effective Aug. 18. He has been head of public affairs at the Association of Train Operating Companies and was parliamentary and external affairs manager at Virgin Atlantic Airways. Stower will succeed Simon Buck, who is retiring.
