Air Charter Service Opens Shanghai Office
Air Charter Service , an aircraft charter service, has opened a new office in Shanghai, its second office in mainland China, as it expands its Far East operations. Amon Chan, who joined Air Charter five years ago, heads the office, which opened March 1.
