ICAO agrees on aviation emissions deal
ICAO’s 191 member states have agreed to the Carbon Offset and Reduction Scheme for International Aviation (CORSIA), with 65 states—including the US, China and all European Union (EU) countries—signing up for the voluntarily stage between 2021 and 2026.
