Delta Air Lines is drawing criticism from one of its own shareholders for the role it is playing in Aeromexico’s Chapter 11 restructuring.

Citing internal restructuring, Sao Paulo-based start-up carrier Itapemirim (ITA Transportes Aéreos) has halted operations, and the Brazilian civil aviation authority subsequently suspended the airline’s air operator’s certificate.
