日本がF-35戦闘機向け訓練課程の情報を要求

日本の防衛省は、Lockheed Martin社製F-35ライトニングのパイロットを訓練するために、明らかになっていない情報を求めています。

さらに、防衛省は、固定翼機とヘリコプターのパイロット向けの初期訓練の外注に関する情報を要求してきました。この要求に対する回答は、訓練の長期的な受託を可能にしています。

F-35の訓練との関連で「外注」という言葉を用いていません。むしろ、防衛省は「航空自衛隊が保有するF-35など戦闘機パイロットの訓練に適切な飛行教育課程」に関心を持っています。

2011年に発表され、2012年に開始された日本のF-35導入には、飛行訓練教官の導入も含まれていました。

回答期限は4月30日です。通常、そういった要望は適任の企業にのみ打診され、防衛省と直接やり取りします—海外のサプライヤーの代理人を務めることができる商社などの日本企業を指します。

The Japanese Ministry of Defense is seeking information on an unspecified training system for Lockheed Martin F-35 Lightning pilots.

The ministry also has requested information on outsourcing of initial training for fixed-wing and helicopter pilots. Respondents to that request should be able to do that work in the long term.

The word “outsource” is not used in relation to F-35 training. Rather, the ministry is interested in a “flight-education system suitable for training pilots of fighters, such as the Japan Air Self-Defense Force F-35.”

Japan’s acquisition of F-35s, which was announced in 2011 and commenced in 2012, has included a flight mission trainer.

Responses are due by April 30. As usual, the request is addressed only to companies qualified to deal directly with the ministry—which means Japanese companies, including trading companies that could represent foreign suppliers.
