American Welcomes Back More Than 660 Furloughed Reservations Agents
American on Monday began welcoming back more than 660 reservations agents furloughed in late September. Of those AA and TWA agents furloughed, 83% accepted the offer to return to work. AA also has recalled more than 500 airport, service and cargo agents.
