ALLEN OLIVER, vice president-aerospace at The CIT Group/Capital Finance, was elected to a two-year term as president of the International Society of Transport Aircraft Trading. Oliver has served with CIT/Capital Finance since 1989 and, before that, was general manager at Airlift International.
