Alaska Won't Face Criminal Charges In Flight 261 Crash

The U.S. Attorney's office told Alaska Airlines it did not find sufficient evidence stemming from its investigation of the National Transportation Safety Board's final report on the January 2000 crash of Flight 261 to file criminal charges against the carrier.
