U.S. OFFICE OF FOREIGN ASSETS CONTROL (OFAC) on Nov. 7 announced a $210,600 settlement with Apollo Aviation Group, now known as CARLYLE AVIATION PARTNERS. Apollo agreed to settle its potential civil liability for 12 apparent violations of Sudanese Sanctions Regulations.

He joined the company in August 1989 as an Associate Editor and was named Managing Editor in 1994.
