U.S. OFFICE OF FOREIGN ASSETS CONTROL (OFAC) on Nov. 7 announced a $210,600 settlement with Apollo Aviation Group, now known as CARLYLE AVIATION PARTNERS. Apollo agreed to settle its potential civil liability for 12 apparent violations of Sudanese Sanctions Regulations.
