SKY LEASING AND SLAM
SKY LEASING announced closing of issuance of $663m of two servies of secured notes by SLAM to acquire portfolio of 16 Airbus and Boeing aircraft, including 10 A321neos, valued at $885m. SKY will act as servicer for SLAM's aircraft portfolio.
