SAA enhances Central African network

South African Airways has enhanced its Central African network, where it serves five destinations, Kinshasa, Douala, Brazzaville, Pointe Noire and Libreville.

Aviation Tribune has reported that at the end of this month, the carrier will reschedule flights to operate from Johannesburg to Brazzaville and the same flight then continues to Pointe Noire.
The carrier will continue to serve Cotonou, Benin, and will now utilise its service to Libreville to enhance the route.
“The destinations we serve in Central Africa are best served by this enhanced schedule, which offers some of the markets non-stop flights from and to Johannesburg. At the same time, we are offering our valued customers increased frequencies and connections through our hub at OR Tambo International Airport to the entire South African Airways network,” said Aaron Munetsi, South African Airways, general manager, Commercial.
By enhancing its network, the carrier will be able to add frequencies to other routes, such as Mauritius and Harare.
