Emirates slows down 777 deliveries

Emirates Airline has said there will be a delay of few months for its 2010 deliveries of Boeing 777, Gulf News has reported.

Emirates has received its 75th Boeing 777, which approximately costs $250m to $275m. The slowdown in deliveries was attributed to the credit crunch and slow down in the airline business, according to Abdullah Al Shams, manager of the Emirates Boeing fleet acceptance team.
