EASYJET expects to post £420m-£430m pretax profit for year ended September 30

EASYJET expects to post £420m-£430m pretax profit for year ended September 30 (vs £358m net profit a year ago) on 2.7% lower revenue per seat; costs will increase by 12% due to increased capacity, higher fuel costs and worsening foreign exchange.

He joined the company in August 1989 as an Associate Editor and was named Managing Editor in 1994. He was also named Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of SpeedNews, Inc., in the late 1990s, and held those titles until Prism Business Media acquired the company from Gil Speed in 2006.
