BOMBARDIER has agreed to sell its aerostructures and aftermarket services businesses in Belfast, Casablanca, and Dallas to SPIRIT AEROSYSTEMS in deal valued at $1.1b, including $630m cash, in order to focus on trains and business aircraft manufacturing.
