AZERBAIJAN AIRLINES E190 (630) crashed near Aktau, Kazakhstan, killing 38 of 67 pax/crew; reports suggest aircraft, with multiple small holes in tailfin/horizontal stabilizer, may have been shot down by a Russian surface-to-air missile.
