Jetstar Airways, based in Melbourne, along with its sister, Jetstar Asia, based in Singapore, are major players in Asia. From Melbourne, Jetstar links Australian cities with destinations in Hawaii, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam.

Australia - Seven A330-200s, 36 A320s and six A321s
Singapore - 10 A320s
Further firm 2010 deliveries include eight A320s and two A330s. These could be based in either Australia or Singapore or even alternative future Jetstar franchises. In 2011 it will take delivery of six A320s and three A330s, with a further 38 A320/A321s and 25 B787s on the way in the future.

Jetstar operates from four main airports in Australia, Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Gold Coast and has been rumoured to be evaluating long-haul markets to Europe.
