Transavia France will open service between Paris Orly Airport (ORY) and Tallinn Airport (TLL) in April 2024.

The Air France-KLM Group LCC subsidiary will fly to the the Estonian capital 2X-weekly from April 4, 2024. “Paris is one of the highest-volume markets for Estonia in terms of passenger numbers, but one in which there is still room for growth in terms of actual connections,” Eero Pärgmäe, a member of Tallinn Airport’s management board, says in a statement.

“We’ve been holding negotiations with Transavia for a few years now, so we’re delighted that they’ll be flying from Tallinn next spring. Having another airline serving the route will not only mean more flights, but also cheaper tickets.”

Air Baltic currently operates between Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport and TLL. Air France places its code on those flights.

“This new route will offer our Parisian customers the chance to discover Tallinn,” Transavia France Chief Commercial Officer Nicolas Hénin says. “We’re also looking forward to welcoming our first Estonian customers wishing to visit Paris. They’ll benefit from a low-cost, high-quality service to France.”

Transavia France also will open service from Brest Bretagne Airport (BES) in France to four destinations for its 2024 summer season schedule. The carrier will operate domestic flights from BES to Marseille, Toulon and Toulouse. It will also start service between BES and Porto, Portugal.
