Russian operator Transaero has announced two new services from its Moscow Domodedovo base. Effective January 2011, it will operate new long-haul services to Rio de Janeiro on a weekly basis with B747-400 equipment, while it will also operate a service to Port Louis, Mauritius every 10 days. Transaero has a growing long-haul network supplying a growing outbound market. Tour operators such as Capitol Tours are expected to take capacity on the route.
