Sunday World Routes Special - Hainan Airlines Set For Egypt

Hainan Airlines has announced that it will launch scheduled flights from its international hub in Beijing to the Egyptian capital of Cairo. The new service will be operated on a twice-weekly basis with widebody A330 equipment. Star Alliance member Egyptair already operates the route on a thrice-weekly basis. The Hainan Airlines services follows growing business links between the two countries. IATA BSP data demonstrates capacity for new non-stop service with Emirates carrying 10% of all O&D passengers via Dubai.
