Ryanair back to Fuerteventura
Ryanair has revealed that it will commence operating into Fuerteventura, located in the Canary Islands, almost a year after it discontinued its routes to the Island.
Ryanair closed all routes to Fuerteventura from 31 January after failing to resolve a dispute with the local tourism body, with amounted to nine destinations and 23 routes.
From March 2010, Ryanair will return with 10 new destinations which are all routes flown in from their current European bases.

Air Berlin is currently the largest LCC flying into FUE with 30 weekly services, marginally ahead of fellow German low cost Tuifly.com which opearates 24 flights per week.
The largest carrier at FUE, in terms of weekly departures is Binter Canarias with 103 weekly departures followed by Islas Lineas Aereas with 41 weekly flights.
