Russian carrier in new Thai link.

Transaero has announced that it plans to reintroduce its seasonal service to Bangkok. Transaero(UN) will operate the service on a seasonal basis with flights commencing on October 27th. The route will be operated on a 2x weekly rotation with B767 aircraft from its base at St Petersburg (LED)

There is currently no service between BKK and LED however there are seven weekly frequencies between Bangkok and Moscow. Thai Airways operates a 3x weekly from Moscow DME with Transaero itself operating a 2x weekly from DME. From Sheremetyevo, Aeroflot operates a twice weekly offering to BKK.
