AirBaltic will open a base at Tallinn on June 1, the airline confirmed, adding it will unveil additional details on March 31 during the opening ceremony of its new direct Tallinn-Tampere service. It also will launch five-times-weekly Stockholm Arlanda-Oulu flights on June 1.
