Finnair Plans Summer Expansion to Tokyo
Finnair has announced its plan to expand service to Tokyo Narita, where it'll increase service from daily to 10 weekly flights, effective 01JUN12. The additional flights will be operating under charter basis, and is awaiting for government approval.

Volotea Announces Spanish Route Expansion
New European start-up carrier Volotea Airlines today announced the third stage of its planned operation for the Summer 2012 season. The latest announcement sees an additional 25 routes and the launch of 4th base (albeit seasonal) in Ibiza.

KLM Boosts Washington Service During Summer Peak
KLM Royal Dutch Airlines from 06JUL12 to 16SEP12 is boosting service on Amsterdam - Washington Dulles route, where it'll raise overall frequencies from 7 to 10 per week. The extra flights will be operated by Airbus A330-200 aircraft.

euroLOT Outlines Expansion Plans
euroLOT has outlined its service expansion plan, which sees the carrier operating service to outside of Poland under its own brand.

Turkish Airlines Expands Africa Service
Turkish Airlines in the GDS has revealed that it'll be starting service to Kigali and Abidjan in Summer 2012 season. The Star Alliance member starting 16MAY12 will operate 3 weekly Istanbul - Kigali - Entebbe - Istanbul service, with 4th weekly flight added from 31MAY12, on board Boeing 737-800.

Air Europa Plans Barcelona - Santo Domingo Link
Skyteam member Air Europa in this summer will offer twice weekly nonstop service on Barcelona - Santo Domingo route, on board Airbus A330-200 aircraft.
