New Spanish link for Uzbekistan Airways

Uzbekistan Airways will start new services from Tashkent to Madrid from June 1st, operating on a 2x weekly basis,consolidating existing service to Geneva.

Currently there is no existing service between Tashkent and Madrid. There appears to be limited traffic flows between the city pairs, with passengers currently using Moscow SVO as the favoured transit point.
