Nasair introduces Delhi service

Saudi Arabia’s major low-cost airline Nasair, began scheduled services from Riyadh to Delhi, December 2nd. It will operate the route on a thrice-weekly basis with A320 equipment and will compete with Air India which operates the route twice-weekly and Saudi Arabian Airlines which operates the route five-times weekly. IATA BSP data shows that over 226,000 O+D passengers flew the route between September 2009 and September 2010 with Saudi Arabian Airlines having a 34% share of the market.
