Hong Kong Express plans Tokyo Haneda service launch by mid-Dec 2010

As per a downloadable document from Japan's Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism website on 22OCT10, Hong Kong Express plans to start Daily Hong Kong - Tokyo Haneda service.

Per document, Hong Kong Express is to launch the service on 19DEC10 from Hong Kong, 20DEC10 from Tokyo Haneda. Schedule is to be during night hours form Hong Kong, early morning from Tokyo. However, the carrier has not file any schedules into the reservation system.
