Operating 399 a week from Riga, 64 from Vilnius and 44 from Tallinn, airBaltic’s network spans 49 destinations and it has recently announced an increase in services to the Middle East including Tehran, Beirut and Amman.
This week, airBaltic also announced it will serve London Gatwick from Vilnius.

Network Strategy
As well as being a leading carrier in Latvia, airBaltic is quickly growing to become a dominant player in the Baltic states.
The carrier already leads in Vilnius based on seat capacity, with a 29% market share. In Tallinn airBaltic is the second largest carrier with a 17% market share.
Its strategic plan includes focusing on developing Riga as a hub for the CIS markets, in order to enter Western Europe and airBaltic will use its fleet of Dash 8 aircraft to feed traffic into Riga.

Route Exchange
airBaltic is currently using Route Exchange to source data for potential new routes, primarily from its Riga hub but also with a focus on Vilnius and Tallinn.
Airports can use Route Exchange to send key data and route proposals and should include the following information within the presentation.
