The A319-100 with the registration code D-ASTA will be deployed on the entire Gambia Bird flight network, including routes between West Africa and Europe.
The special AJW livery is positioned over the wings, at the centre of the plane’s fuselage. A pop art-style female figure, which is also part of AJW’s eye-catching corporate identity, is distinctively portrayed reclining on the wings of the plane.
Gambia Bird Airlines is supported by the Germania Group which has a long-term power-by-the-hour contract with A J Walter Aviation.
