Exhibitor Assistance Seminar – Helping you make the most of your stand at World Routes

This year, World Routes, the 19th World Route Development Forum takes place in Las Vegas, USA. The event will be the largest Routes event to date with over 3,000 high profile delegates from more than 100 countries worldwide expected to attend.

Co-hosted by the Las Vegas Convention & Visitors Authority and Las Vegas McCarran International Airport, the event will be held in the Las Vegas Convention Center and will mark the first time any Routes event has been held in the USA.

Also for the first time this year, the Routes Operations Team are running an online exhibitor assistance seminar designed to help those exhibiting at the event to make the most of their stand at World Routes. The online seminar will take place on Monday 29th July 08:00 BST and will be repeated on Tuesday 30th July 18:00 BST.

This seminar offers the chance to ask questions in relation to your stand/booth space at this year’s event; learn about Venue and Organiser specific rules and regulations, and be guided through the Exhibition Manual by our Operations Team.

This is also an opportunity to learn more about the ‘Visit Me’ campaign and how Routes can assist you in attracting visitors to your stand/booth. These seminars are free to attend and open to all exhibitors and their contractors. To attend the seminar you will simply require an internet connection and a computer with audio capabilities.
