CSA Czech Airlines outlines Winter Operation Changes

CSA Czech Airlines has outlined planned operation for Winter 2012/13 season, effective 28OCT12. In the winter season the carrier will be focusing on operation to Eastern Europe, while increasing flights on key cities in the West.

Details:

  • Prague – Baku Service suspended in winter season (Service operated once a week in W11)
  • Prague – Brussels Service increases from 17 to 22 weekly, new weekdays mid-morning departure
  • Prague – Budapest Service increases from 24 to 31 weekly
  • Prague – Dusseldorf Service increases from 12 to 24 weekly
  • Prague – Ekaterinburg Service increases from 5 to 6 weekly
  • Prague – Geneva Service continues to operate in Winter season. Winter operation sees daily flight with 737-500
  • Prague – Lviv Service suspended in winter season (Service operated 4 weekly in W11)
  • Prague – Milan Malpensa Service increases from 12 to 18 weekly, new mid-day departure
  • Prague – Nizhniy Novgorod Service increases from 1 to 2 weekly
  • Prague – St. Petersburg Service increases from 6 weekly to daily
  • Prague – Tashkent Service continues to operate in Winter season, once a week
  • Prague – Tel Aviv Service increases from 8 weekly to 11 weekly (7 weekly in W11)
  • Prague – Ufa Service increases from 2 to 3 weekly

In addition, the airline from September will resume its own operation on Prague - Berlin Tegel and Prague - Stuttgart route with a mix of ATR42 and ATR72 turboprop. These routes were previously transferred to Job Air in March 2012.
