American Airlines is one of the largest airlines in the world, headquartered in Fort Worth, Texas.
A founding member of the oneworld alliance, it operates an extensive global network, flying to more than 350 destinations in over 60 countries.
The carrier closed out 2024 having flown more than 2.1 million flights, covering 1.8 billion miles—enough to circle the globe nearly 74,000 times—while offering over 275 million seats across its network.
American Airlines is one of the airlines registered to attend the 2025 Routes World event in Hong Kong.
