Three weekly A330neo’s flights will be operated from December 12, 2019 to Marseille and Barcelona El Prat Airport.
Marseille becomes the second French destination of the national Senegalese airline after Paris-Charles-de-Gaulle launched last February.
« We are growing day by day and expanding our fleet and the number of our destinations. These new routes confirm Air Senegal’s position as one of the leading airlines in West Africa ", said Ibrahima Kane, Air Senegal CEO.
New destinations are also scheduled in Africa (Lagos and Abuja in Nigeria and Accra in Ghana) and in the United States (New York and Washington) in June 2020.
Air Senegal had inaugurated two new routes last July namely Ouagadougou (Burkina Faso) and Niamey (Niger).
