Russia approves S7 Group’s 25.5% stake in Sibir Airlines

The Russian government has approved a 25.5% stake sale in Sibir Airlines to S7 Group, which already owns a 71.3% stake in the carrier. S7 won the bid at the end of May, but the deal was subject to approval by the Russian government. The group offered RUB1.13 billion ($35.6 million) for the stake, 1%...
