Airbus is stepping up the payload-range of its A330 family, starting with the A330-300, which will be available with a 240 metric tonne maximum take-off weight (MTOW) from mid-2015.

Rockwell Collins has unveiled flight deck technologies jointly developed with Boeing for retrofit on Boeing 767 and 757 aircraft, technologies it said were “inspired by flight deck improvements offered on the Boeing 787.”
