All Nippon Airways (ANA) has revealed new details of its plans for its initial Airbus A380s, which will replace other aircraft types on existing Honolulu routes in stages from May 2019.

TAP Air Portugal, launch operator of the Airbus A330neo, took delivery of its first aircraft, an A330-900, on Nov. 26. TAP plans to have three aircraft in service by year-end 2018. The new aircraft is scheduled to enter service between Lisbon and Sao Paolo, Brazil, in December.

Boeing continues to provide airlines more details on the MAX family’s stall-protection systems and carriers are sharing the information with their pilots, reiterating that even if elements of the systems are new, troubleshooting procedures have not changed.

Airbus delivered the first A330-900 to launch operator TAP Air Portugal Nov. 26, kicking off a major fleet replacement for the airline.

Airbus will give the market more concrete guidance on the proposed A321XLR in 2019, an aircraft Airbus Commercial Aircraft president Guillaume Faury said can “change the industry.”
