Bombardier's first CSeries airliner took off for up to a 2.5 hour first flight from Montreal-Mirabel airport just before 10:00 a.m. local time Monday, Sept. 16.

First flight of the Bombardier CSeries jet is expected to happen mid-morning Sept. 16, weather permitting, from Mirabel Airport close to Montreal.
