Airbus has delivered the first aircraft built at its US manufacturing facility, an A321 designated for New York-based JetBlue Airways.

Trident Jet (Jersey) Ltd., a sister company of UK-based lessor Falko Regional Aircraft, has ordered four more Bombardier CRJ900s for lease to Irish regional CityJet, in an order valued at $183.9 million, based on list prices.

Swiss International Air Lines (SWISS) expects to put its first Bombardier CSeries aircraft—a CS100—into service July 15 on its first commercial flight: LX638 from Zurich to Paris Charles de Gaulle.

The first Airbus A321 aircraft, produced for American Airlines at the Airbus US Manufacturing Facility, has flown for the first time.

Airbus Group will next week open an office and experience center in the heart of Washington DC on Pennsylvania Avenue. The eighth-floor facility brings together what were previously two separate downtown offices, one for the company’s military and space business, formerly called EADS, and one for its commercial operations. They now operate under the single Airbus Group name, with the North American headquarters in Herndon, Virginia, close to Washington Dulles Airport.
