Air France's new cabins are unveiled in Libreville (Gabon)

An Air France Boeing 777-300 equipped with the latest long-haul cabin classes takes off for Africa for the first time, providing an exclusive presentation of Air France's new products and services in the centre of Libreville.

On 4 December 2014, an Air France Boeing 777-300 equipped with the company's latest new cabin classes flew to Africa for the first time.

On this exceptional flight from Paris-Charles de Gaulle to Libreville (Gabon), customers enjoyed a designer suite in the La Première cabin and a cocoon in the sky in Business. They also discovered the new Premium Economy cabin, offering 40% more space, and the new Economy cabin, offering optimum travel comfort.

As of spring 2015, Libreville and Douala (Cameroon) and Malabo (Equatorial Guinea) will be served regularly by Boeing 777 equipped with the new cabins.

"Choosing Libreville to exclusively present our new long-haul cabin classes on the African continent was an obvious choice for us. In addition to being part of our historic routes, it is a particularly popular destination for business travellers who can especially enjoy the comfort of our brand new cabins", said Frank Legré, SVP Africa at Air France-KLM.

On Friday 5 December 2014, Air France invites the inhabitants of Libreville to discover its new French travel concept. The Company is exclusively presenting its new La Première and Business class seats. With comfort kits, exclusive new cushions and brand new tableware, all the accessories in the long-haul cabins are also being presented. In addition, a "kids' area reveals all the special attention provided on board for our younger travellers.
