French regional turboprop manufacturer ATR is reporting the company signed 15 global maintenance agreements (GMAs) during 2013, adding over 160 additional aircraft to its existing aircraft-in-service fleet of approximately 300 aircraft.

Low-cost carrier Norwegian Air Shuttle has secured an agreement from Boeing to beef up maintenance teams for its fleet of 787 Dreamliners following a series of technical problems that has seen the Scandinavian carrier repeatedly having to lease short-notice replacement aircraft.
