Hong Kong-based China Aircraft Leasing Group posted a 2016 net profit of 638.4 million Hong Kong dollars ($82.3 million), up 67.9% from the company’s HK$380.2 million net profit in 2015.

Based on continual growth in narrowbody aircraft in the Asia-Pacific region, Hamburg-based maintenance, repair and overhaul provider Lufthansa Technik Group plans to launch an additional MRO facility in Kuala Lumpur focused on those aircraft.

Hamburg-based MRO provider Lufthansa Technik Group (LHT) reported a 2016 adjusted EBIT profit of €411.3 million ($431.9 million), down 9.5% from €454.4 million in 2015.
