Air New Zealand launched several new code-share flights with United yesterday, expanding its U.S. network to 18 cities. Air New Zealand placed its code on United flights from its Los Angeles hub to Atlanta, Dallas/Fort Worth, Philadelphia, San Diego and Houston.
